Job Summary

Develops, maintains, and assesses client accounts, and builds favorable relationships with clients.

Job Duties

• Gather information from clients and partners as needed

• Craft targeted strategies designed to meet specific client needs

• Make recommendations based on internal and external factors

• Design and implement action plans

• Keep in contact with the client at all stages

• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately

• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)

• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

• Perform work under minimal supervision

• Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter

• Typically require a bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of experience
