The Quality Control Analyst III will act as a team member of the Quality Control department to support production of in-process and final product drug lots for customers. The analyst will also participate in quality testing for ongoing customer stability studies. This individual will provide on-time, high quality results to meet manufacturing demands.

*Work schedule will be Weds-Sat 8AM-6:30PM*

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing assays to support cell therapy operations


• Running test samples for In-Process, Lot Release and Stability studies. (Flow cytometry, potency, ELISA, qPCR are the main ones)


• Reviewing assays


• Training others


• Writing Quality Records (Deviations, Corrective And Preventative Actions, Change Control) and Test Methods


• Independently making quality decisions


• Projects – such as method transfers, new instruments, method qualifications


• Perform other duties as assigned


• Level of this role is dependent on experience

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor or Associates Degree- preferred area of study:  Microbiology, Biochemistry or Related Science Field


• 3-5 years of experience in cell handling/culture, ELISA techniques, flow cytometry and/or PCR


• 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably in a Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment


• Making quick decisions


• Maintain professional interactions with co-workers and superiors
