Ignite Digital Services, LLC (Ignite), has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-level FP&A Analyst role in San Diego, CA.  We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is an analytical, motivated self-starter with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to support our corporate operations team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the finance and accounting teams. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial results. The analyst will also assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations to management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes past and current financial performance data.




• Prepares reports and projections based on analyses.




• Increases productivity by developing automated applications and coordinating information Requirements.




• Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.




• Generates financial reports to management and stakeholders.




• Generates ad hoc reports.




• Assist in the preparation of presentations and support materials for budget and forecasting meetings.




• Build and update spend plan model, execution model and enterprise valuation model.




• Provide support to the finance and accounting teams as needed.




• Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends and variances.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field




• 1+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting systems




• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling




• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and the self-motivation to improve skills.




• Excellent written and oral communication skills.




• Strong attention to detail and ability to work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Government Contracting experience.




• Experience in ERP system like JAMIS Prime, Oracle etc.

Salary Range: $55,000+  to align with education and experience
