BCBA’s will be responsible for providing direct support and supervision of a client caseload. BCBA’s will work with children aged 3-21 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or other intellectual or developmental disabilities. BCBA’s will be responsible for completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), behavioral and skill assessments, insurance authorization requests, parent training, monitoring client progress, and supervision of behavior technicians.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Complete individual treatment plans and behavior plans
Direct implementation and supervision of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans in the client’s home
Implement, monitor, and analyze parent training goals and progress
Train and supervise behavior technicians and RBT’s
Collect, graph, and analyze data
Complete behavioral and skill assessments as needed and per insurance provider guidelines
Write and submit clinical session notes in an objective and timely manner
Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with clients, care givers, and supervisors
Participate in company and departmental trainings and meetings
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Maintain HIPAA compliance standards at all time
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient with implementation of assessment tools (e.g. VB-MAPP, ABBLS, AFLS, Vineland, FAST)

Education and Experience:
Current BCBA certification required
Master’s degree required
At least 3 years’ experience in ABA required
At least 1 year experience working with youth ages 3-21
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing, running) for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
Must be willing and able to implement Handle with Care de-escalation and restraint practices if necessary
