Position Overview:

The Producer Value Stream team is hiring an Application Development Senior Advisor which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role.

This role will work on the Producer/Sales Compensation systems which involves data analysis, logical thinking, and software development to maintain our Compensation Management (ICM) platform and peripheral applications which serve our Producers and Sales stakeholders. This candidate will be skilled in the specific systems and processes required to be able to translate business requirements into data needs and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive discussions on data requirements ensuring all parties align on execution plan to secure appropriate data and integrate into the Compensation applications and overall application framework


• Work with both Business and IT stakeholders to ensure the system is configured to meet business and compliance needs


• Partner with other development scrum team members to collaborate on best approach for maintaining our system and enhancing its capabilities


• Application development including triage, design, configuration, coding and implementation


• Leverage DevOps to improve operational processes where feasible


• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities

Required Experience / Qualifications:

• Data analysis, including ability to interpret business requirements and translate into data attribute needs


• Must be a current contractor


• Hands-on configuration / development leveraging Salesforce configuration, APEX programming, Javascript SQL scripting, salesforce connector configuration, force.com programming

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining salesforce applications


• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS


• Ability to understand data integrations with enterprise systems to ensure alignment with defined architectures


• 3-5 years of development experience


• Certification for Salesforce Application Development

• Ability to understand scope and apply impact analysis to systems


• Ability to problem-solve, and analyze potential solutions to ensure business requirements are delivered

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team with a positive attitude for team goals

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 105,600 - 176,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
