James B. Beam Distilling Co. is seeking a Global Digital Brand Manager, eCommerce to join our dynamic, progressive team of Digital Marketing professionals and become part of the James B. Beam Distilling Global Brand House (Jim Beam, Knob Creek, Basil Hayden, etc.). The ideal candidate is a passionate brand builder, digital champion, and has strong organizational and interpersonal skills. This role is based in NY, NY and will report to the Global Digital Brand House Lead.
Role Responsibilities
In your role as Global Digital Brand Manager, eCommerce you will be part of our success by driving the digital commerce transformation of our Beam Distilling portfolio of brands. This is a new and exciting role, responsible for establishing and leading the GTM strategy for digital commerce globally in our largest Brand House.
Assist in JBBDCo Brand House strategic plan development including, growth and experience plans (3Y and 12Y), ensuring eCommerce is a key lever in achieving our business goals
Determine digital commerce models and subsequent roadmap for JBBDco portfolio globally, working cross-functionally with Global Business Development, Digital Capabilities, and Innovation teams
Lead development of DTC/eCommerce communications, plans, and assets for Global Brand House
Oversee & approve paid eCommerce (DTC and eRetail) Marketing activity to ensure long term brand building, working with markets when applicable
Define and execute the global strategy for BeamDistilling.com, directing site experience, operations and site merchandising
Align with key brand stakeholders to ensure the right allocations, product mix and merchandise for each market
Oversee the broader JBBDco digital ecosystem - inclusive of content, CRM, and campaign planning in support of DTC initiatives
Manage internal and external agency partners supporting DTC
Partner with CRM leads on the implementation and utilization of database marketing programs and customer journey maps to drive brand loyalty and sales across the consumer lifecycle
Work closely with Innovation team, family distillers and R&D to craft long-term JBBDCo House innovation strategy and future pipeline for DTC
Establish e-commerce revenue targets and corresponding KPIs and benchmarks to measure performance
Establish full-funnel strategies to increase digital customer acquisition and retention
Align with partners in EMEA & US eCommerce Management unit & local markets to help optimize tactics to improve conversion, AOV, repurchase
Assist with defining the ROI of all proposed plans
Contribute to quarterly brand updates and business reviews
Analyze and make recommendations based on competitive and market activities, evaluating future eCommerce opportunities
Manage P&L in partnership with Market Commercial Teams, including budget development and forecasting
This role is global in nature and involves working with BSIs offices around the world. As a result:
10-25% international travel is expected
Frequent meetings will occur outside of core work areas. Best efforts will be made to schedule meetings within core work hours of all attendees, but this is not always possible.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
8 years of experience in DTC/ecommerce with a consumer products or luxury goods company
Demonstrate a digital-first approach to brand-building, with Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing experience
Prior experience developing functional strategies, agendas and road maps
Experience in digital ecosystem planning - including content development, website strategy, eCommerce, CRM
Working knowledge of Magento or similar CMS
Experience with agency management
Track record of managing cross-functionally to deliver high quality results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with collaborative style and a listen first approach
Culturally sensitive, proven ability to build credibility and excel in a global environment
Preferred
Experience in the alcoholic beverages industry
Experience in global marketing
Education Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required and MBA preferred
The salary range for this role is a base salary of $110,000 - $125,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. Salary range is commensurate with candidate's location, experience and skillset.
