JOB TITLE: QA LAB OPERATOR -INCOMING
DEPARTMENT: Quality
JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent will be in charge for the sampling and physical disposition of materials received in Incoming Laboratory.
Responsibilities are to be performed in compliance with good laboratory practices, GMP, QSR, MDSAP, safety and environmental regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform sampling using ANSI Ruler or predefined of the materials
Perform visual inspection of the materials
Operates pallet jack or finger lift to move or locate material in the Warehouse area.
Verify receiving report with material identification
Perform physical (labels) disposition of the materials
Keeps laboratory and sampling areas clean and organized
Complies with good laboratory practices (GLP), GDP, GMP, MDSAP, QSR, safety and environmental regulations.
Complies with safety and environmental regulations.
Cleans laboratory containers and equipment used during sampling.
Trains personnel when necessary.
Performs and reports work in a safe and organized manner
Stay current on all job related or function related information and/or training.
Complies and Maintain 6S (ROLESS) in the Incoming Laboratory Area.
Supports validation activities

EDUCATION
Associate Degree in Science related to chemistry or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
At least six months of experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical
