Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect . The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & Client IT, gather technical requirements, design and develop the technical solution. The candidate should have a minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud - Implementation and/or support projects. Should have good understanding of Oracle Cloud - experience in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, HDL. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate.
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
7 years of Information Technology experience
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, we are not able to sponsor at this time
Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications
Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with a technical lead or Data migration lead role
Experience working with global users and teams
Driving the conversion data mapping workshops, transformation requirements and selection criteria mappings for data extraction
Act as the main point of contact for data mapping and conversion as well as the associated requirements from the legacy to future state system
Work with functional team members to identify business requirements and different applications integration
Understand the cloud architecture and design for leading the overall technical development.
Work with team on technical issues and provide support for development tasks.
Lead technical design and development of all technical components.
Provide validation of technical design.
Finalize Strategy for Data Conversion.
Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live.
Preferred Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience with HCM Cloud and more than 10 years overall ERP experience
