\r\n WT Marketplace Coordinator \r\n This is a position focused on handling day-to-day responsibilities of our corporate online marketplace portals. Tasks included but not limited to: \r\n Invoice review for replenishments and special orders. \r\n Assisting our employees with login in and purchases. \r\n Brand Consistency \r\n

Working with outside vendor to be sure all promotional products are following our branding guidelines.

Working with internal departments and regional offices to be sure all promotional products are following our branding guidelines.

\r\n Tracking products \r\n
\r\n
Realizing when items are at end-of-life cycle and moving them to closeout.
\r\n
Bringing new products to the table for program refresh.
\r\n
\r\n Maintaining & increasing inventory replenishment requests. \r\n Coordinating & monitoring the internal gift certificate program. \r\n Implementing promotions & marketing of the portals via our corporate platform. \r\n Managing onsite/in office inventory. \r\n Monthly reporting. \r\n Accounting and Cost Transfers. \r\n Minority Business Outreach & Procurement of Promotional Items. \r\n Working with our vendor and their team to ensure that all portals are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date items. \r\n Managing special celebration/events. \r\n
\r\n This individual will report directly to the Director of Industry Groups. \r\n We are looking for a self-starter with a desire to learn. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills. One who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment.
