Position Summary:
The Shade Bar will cut fabric into bundles for trousers on a large cutting machine.
Responsibilities:
Cutting Work is separated out into stacks, (bundles) of the various parts of trousers, both small parts such a pocket facings and large parts such as legs. These are arranged on the Shade Mark table after being removed from Cutter.
Load Dymo Gun with tape, which has adhesive stickers attached, that will stick the sticker on the ply with the following information: the last 3 digits of the cut number, and the ply number based on how many pair are in the cut. The Dymo Gun prints ply numbers on the stickers, from low number to high on the ply number and the last 3 cut number remains the same on every sticker.

Trousers are cut in Pairs, so the Shade Marker picks up the first 2 ply and applies Shade Mark sticker to top ply, fold back and apply sticker to the second ply in in pair, starting at the low number going through entire stack from top to bottom and applying numbers to every pain in the stack. Attach coupon tickets to bundle and tie bundle.
Move completed bundle aside and beginning with Small Parts, Shade Mark every stack (bundle), which requires it.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Candidates should be willing to learn and be able to perform detailed work.
Must be able to establish and maintain good working relations with others and work with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks and functions with a minimal loss of productivity and no loss of quality.
Must be able to read job instructions and have adequate math skills.
Strong hand/eye coordination and attention to details.
Physical Requirements:
Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Frequent standing and walking.
Gross Mobility: occasional climbing, or crawling. Frequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation.
