Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Cloud Business Systems Analyst
This position's primary responsibility will be to help enterprises achieve greater business connect, faster user acceptance, and shorter turnaround times & act as a key contributor in the team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture, and the detailing of the overall process. The chosen candidate will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation, and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

The candidate can either be located within commuting distance of any of these locations or initially work remotely and be willing to relocate to the area within 3 months.
This position will require ability to work in Eastern Standard Time business hours.
This position may require travel to project locations.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Education.


• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology


• Experience as Business Analyst and Cloud

Preferred Skills

• At least 4 to 8 years of experience working as a Business System Analyst


• AWS Cloud and other SAAS platforms experience


• Heavy documentation experience with Confluence


• Well versed in Agile Scrum or Kanban style management


• Ability to elicit information from myriad of SMEs (technical & business)


• Ability to provide thought leadership and influence to implement strategic methods


• Excellent and assertive communication skills


• Ability to switch between projects and maintain consistency


• Participate and/or lead team events for planning & execution


• Perform current state analysis along with architects, business users, SMEs and prepare documentation needed for migration


• Prepare system dependency mapping


• Understand target state architecture and build supporting documentation


• Liaison with other SMEs as needed by program team


• Analyze and build new process mapping as required by the program


• Ensure documented functional and non-functional requirements are met during migration


• Prepare training plan for development team, support teams to align with cloud op model


• Support prototype development efforts


• Support collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community, technical architecture resources, and development resources.


• Help coordinate functional and user acceptance testing


• Supports Business Teams during testing and implementation phases


• Support the adoption of best practices in the areas of technology integration, cloud computing, managed services, process improvement, technology innovation and implementation


• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to shape and ensure alignment with EA guardrails, standards, and patterns


• Contributes to development of project plans.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. About Us
