Drives business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and project execution. Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement and works with cross-functional teams / process owners to develop and implement solutions. Leads and/or supports ongoing reviews of business systems and processes and development of optimization strategies. Performs requirements analysis and facilitates or conducts meetings to share ideas, findings and recommendations.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

• Gains familiarity with Business Systems Analysis concepts, practices and methodologies.


• Supports assigned aspects of specific projects and/or serves as one of several analysts on a given project.


• With guidance, performs standard Analyst duties, including:
  
  
  • Working with technology and business stakeholders to understand, outline and map targeted business processes,
  
  
  • Identifying process related problems, opportunities and solutions, o Helping translate opportunities into user story creation,
  
  
  • Test planning and execution, o Documentation and report generation,
  
  
  • System / application implementation,
  
  
  • Issue identification and resolution.
  
  
  
  


• Develops progress reports and communicates project status to team and manager.


• Learns and applies Cable One standards and policies associated with business, technical and related analytical practices


• Assists with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Up to two years' experience


• AA or BA/BS Degree


• Proficient with Microsoft Office and with Google Docs and Teams.
