The Associate Recruiter will assist sales consultants with both research and sales-related support activities.

Responsibilities


  • Contact Internet leads to generate new candidate applications

  • Assist with responding to new inquiries from potential candidates or clients who call in

  • Calling existing candidates in database to help generate and assess interest in specific job opportunities

  • Generate CPAS searches as needed to assist in the search and placement process

  • Call from purchased lists as directed by management to generate additional candidates


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • One-year work experience in sales, support sales or customer service environment

  • Prefer experience with heavy phone activity

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially phone skills

  • Strong database management application skills

  • Prefer experience with MS Word and spreadsheet programs such as Excel


Preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong multi-tasking skills to help effectively manage multiple projects and large amounts of information and documentation

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and dynamic personality
