Job Description:

Ardurra is seeking a remote Marketing Coordinator to join our West Region.


Minimum Requirements:


Ardurra is seeking a remote Marketing Coordinator to join our West Region team (specifically California) to provide support with proposals, marketing materials, capture planning, and reporting. This is a remote/work from home position and can live anywhere in the US. Keep in mind will be working Pacific Time zone hours. California offices: Bakersfield, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Oceanside, Sacramento, San Diego, San Jose or Temecula. This position may also support other regions/offices firm wide.


Education and Experience Requirements



  • AA or BS Degree in Graphic Design, marketing, communications, journalism or English preferred

  • 4+ AEC industry experience required


 


Software Requirements



  • Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign) – Primary/Required

  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) - Required

  • Deltek Vision - a plus


 


Primary Duties



  • Support our in-house technical sales group in tracking strategic projects

  • Enforce Go/Stop process to ensure pursuits are justified

  • Coordination and development of SOQ and proposal submittals in compliance with RFQ and RFP requirements

  • Coach presenters and prepare PowerPoint presentations for interviews as well as prepare boards, leave behinds, etc. as needed

  • Development and maintenance of in-house marketing material including resumes, project descriptions and misc. boilerplate collateral

  • Maintain upkeep of firm information, resumes, project information/descriptions, RFQs, etc. in database and Deltek Vision

  • Deltek Vision input, upkeep, and reporting

  • Research and gather information on potential clients and projects

  • Support external business development and marketing efforts

  • Work with members of ownership/region to achieve firmwide goals

  • Represent Ardurra to clients, peer organizations, and business associates in professional, community and client organizations

  • Foster communication between services and regional groups to ensure information distribution and resource management are utilized and capitalized upon

  • Prepare award submittals


 


Day to day responsibilities:



  • Prepare SOQ response, presentations and marketing materials

  • QA/QC proposal responses and materials

  • Support other business development initiatives (client meeting collateral, conference materials and award submittals)

  • Ensure qualifications and marketing material is up to date

  • Compile content and marketing collateral for internal and external projects
