What you will be doing as a Network Assurance Engineer
Troubleshoot and commission inbuilding wireless systems
Perform coax and fiber cable sweeps as needed
Work with Connect Protect customers and Wireless Service Providers to identify and isolate complex DAS issues
Collect repair and/or Preventative Maintenance closeout data (RF measurements, photos, DAS setting snapshots, etc.)
Provide comprehensive and conclusive reports to internal and external customers
Integrate and on-board new Connect Protect customers
Verify that all active Connect Protect site locations are correctly integrated to the NOC
Ensure that the system data for each Connect Protect site is correctly reflected in the CWS Ticketing Portal
Assist Performance Engineers with commissioning and/or optimization of potential Connect Protect sites
100% of customer SLA's (service level agreement/due date) met excluding extenuating circumstances
100% of projects are delivered at or under budget
Answer and complete alarm and customer-initiated trouble tickets via NOC ticket portal
What you will bring to the table as a Network Assurance Engineer
Two+ years-experience with inbuilding wireless systems, is Preferred
Mastery in sweeping coaxial cables
Familiarity in troubleshooting inbuilding systems
DAS commissioning experience is REQUIRED
Mastery with common DAS components including coaxial & fiber cable, antennas, splitters, amplifiers, etc.
Mastery with antenna system testing hardware such as spectrum analyzer, sweep testing gear, and OTDR
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
