Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned, per business needs):

• Establishes router and processes for all in house manufacturing components.


• Develops CNC programs, designates tooling, and concepts fixtures and other work holding devices.


• Estimates machining costs for new products.


• Troubleshooting manufacturing processes.


• Assists in developing outside sources for contracting manufacturing components.

Education / Training

• 2 year technical degree or 5 years in a manufacturing environment operating and setup CNC equipment.

Qualifications / Experience

• Qualified operator of conventional and CNC type machine tools per Graham White job descriptions.


• 2 year CNC programming skills on lathes and machining centers.


• 1 year experience in developing tooling and fixture design specifications.


• 1 year experience in writing manufacturing routings and processes.
