As the Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, you will be responsible for sales territory design, development, and implementation for the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) business unit. You will partner with senior sales leadership to analyze customer and market data, run territory models, project outcomes, and continuously improve our territory management process. You will use data and algorithms to help the team develop territory structures and goaling for the sales force. We'll count on your skills and years of experience to enhance our sales force effectiveness, drive loyal customers, and grow our business.

What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Lead territory design and management processes, providing ongoing maintenance and analytics of territories

  • Initiate territory performance analysis reporting (by channel, region, etc.) to reveal insights and recommendations to sales leadership

  • Provide governance for territory changes throughout the year

  • Collaborate with extended Sales Operations team and Sales Leadership to guide territory design and goaling processes to ensure equality

  • Lead reviews of existing processes to identify and implement improvements through technology or process enhancements (automating daily/weekly reports through Alteryx, creating Salesforce and Looker Dashboards for scalability)

  • Focus on continuous improvement, reducing manual efforts by automating processes & leveraging team capabilities


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience.

  • 2 years of Sales Operations experience in a business-to-business environment.


It'd be great if you also have:
  • 5 years' experience including 2 years of Sales Operations experience in a business-to-business environment

  • Strong executive presence and proven ability to work cross-functionally leading through data

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Availability to travel 10-15% of the time
