Position Overview:
The Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for invoicing clients for all BKDV Companies and Solutions in all locations. This person will work alongside our Internal Accounting Specialists to ensure processes are consistent while also finding ways to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Invoice clients for time, services and expenses on regular schedules using CCH Axcess and NetSuiteDevelop relationships with Billers to achieve better invoicing efficiency, accuracy, and realizations
Collaborate with team members to help achieve consistent invoicing practices across the FirmAssist with credit memos, finance charges, and miscellaneous adjustmentsOther Internal Finance project assistance as needed

Qualifications:
2 years of clerical office or customer service experienceUnderstanding and experience with basic accounting principles
