Infosys is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master /Scrum Master. Location : Weehawken NJ -onsite 2 days a week.You will be responsible for:
Leading agile teams in deploying shippable products that meet quality parameters and target delivery dates
Facilitating agile events
Coaching agile team members to imbibe agile values and principles and improve its agile maturity index
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At-least 8+ years of experience in IT industry of which 2 years MUST be in the role of a Project Manager. Prior experience in IT in the roles of Lead Developer or a Business Analyst is a Plus!
Possess current and active certification as a Safe Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM ®) and Safe Agile Scrum Master (SASM) from Scrum Alliance
Demonstrate technical IT orientation and awareness of IT landscape in which the agile team is operating
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in playing the role of a full-time Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train (ART) in a SAFe environment with the following responsibilities:
Coaching scrum team in framing the Team Working Agreement, Definition-of-Done and Definition-of-Ready.
Facilitation of scrum events (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective)
Ensuring healthy product backlog depth by working with Product Owner, scrum team members and other subject matter experts as needed
Working with Product Owner in prioritizing user stories
Ensuring preparedness of agile team members for PI Planning events
Handling dependencies with dependent agile team as part of PI execution
Participation in scrum-of-scrum event
Initiating metrics-based process improvement
Ability to work cohesively with agile team members that are globally distributed with time-zone difference that is greater than 8 hours
Ability to resolve conflicts within agile team(s)
Ability to coach agile team members on agile best practices to be followed during various agile events
Hands-on experience in using tools like CA Agile Center (Rally), JIRA, VersionOne or HP ALM
Participation in an agile maturity assessment exercise (tool based or otherwise)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and interact with various IT stakeholders that include Infrastructure, DBA, Architects, Release Management, SFT, Release Train Engineers, etc.)
Ability to transition to the role of an Agile Coach
Demonstration of continuous learning either by obtaining external certifications relevant to agile, participation in external forums or publishing thought papers
