Job Description
Kimtech is a leading B2B Scientific PPE brand globally with high brand recognition and loyalty. To maintain and grow our Kimtech brand we need an experienced marketing professional that can create the short- and long-term vision for our brands. This will require understanding our user & chooses drivers, competition, personas, competitive landscapes, value prop, customer journey and market trends, market trends to inform our innovation pipeline. This role will also create the commercialization & digital strategy with CX & marketing team to ensure we are successfully transition as the customer buying landscapes changes.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading large, complex, cross-functional, business critical projects that delivers the long-term business growth.
Working closely with various teams to set-up governance and execution framework.
Proactively generate insights into actions of key competitors and provide structured proactive thinking on potential business responses.
Lead the design and facilitation of strategic initiatives (e.g. War Games, Scenario Planning Sessions) and play the role of Competitive Intelligence Lead for Strategic Sessions.
Contribute to business growth by identifying and prioritizing potential business opportunities and evaluating potential investments, strategic partnerships, and/or M&A activities. Embed related innovation plans into KCP Strategic and Annual Business Plans. Identify and personally lead high-impact global strategic change.
Counsel business leadership to ensure their innovation and growth strategies are aligned with the Global KCP innovation and global growth strategy. Embed long-term strategic thinking into on-going business processes within KCP. Lead and support development / management of strategic innovation and growth plans across KCP.
Strong skills and experience with:
Relentless focus on driving impact, while building a network with internal stakeholders through a collaborative working style
Bringing structure to ambiguous problems and deriving insights from data and information
Overall project management experience – ability to deliver results against set expectations, timelines, budgets, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of catering a message appropriately for a given audience
Engaging and collaborative approach, enjoys working in a team environment
Ability to manage and influence without authority various stakeholders / customers
Global perspective. Preferred candidate will have multi-cultural background, including language skills and international experience – particularly within developing markets.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum ten years, including 2 or more years in one of the blue-chip strategy consulting firms (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Strategy&, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Additional industry experience. Preferred experience in B2B company in strategy development, finance, operations, marketing, or other role with strategic responsibilities spanning multiple functions.
Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Economics, or Strategy with equivalent experience. Graduate Degree (MBA) Highly preferred
