Responsibilities: 

• 
  

  Tracking, replenishment, storage and excess of IT equipment assets

  
  


• 
  

  Producing user equipment hand receipts

  
  


• 
  

  Participates in the yearly inventory process in conjunction with DoD personnel

  
  


• 
  

  Management, tracking and resolution of all Property Management tickets in the ServiceNow ticketing system

  
  


• 
  

  Oversees the key control program

  
  


• 
  

  Works in conjunction with the Supply Chain Analyst to facilitate management of the product life cycle of IT products

  
  

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 
  

  2 years of experience in a customer service

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Microsoft Office

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance

  
  


• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Able to work independently

  
  

Desired Qualifications:  

• 
  

  Prior DoD or Army working environment experience a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Inventory management experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (Interim Secret acceptable)

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree relevant to position description
