TS/SCI with Poly Responsibilities

The Customer within a new Mission Center is seeking technical and programmatic assistance with maintaining multiple technology-focused Initiatives. These efforts will advance high-priority technology goals for the Customer. The candidate will provide a total system integration perspective for its Account Executive Program including support to Customer personnel in establishing cross community relationships and supporting governance practices for complex programs. S/he will develop plans, presentations, and reports on various projects. S/he will develop methodologies and conduct mission area data calls, analyze results, and prepare briefings for staff use. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

• Create, draft, and review program documentation including schedules, and create formal review documentation for presentations.
• Develop portfolio documentation such as planning documents, board charters, and schedules.
• Document meeting results and track action items.
• Develop briefings such as project overviews or charts required for ad-hoc meetings.
• Coordinate project events such as monthly VTCs and quarterly off sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and support conferences.

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least eight years of experience
• Successful experience supporting the Customer, especially cross-directorate support.
• Ability to facilitate changes or modifications in projects to include operational devices and/or solutions to support technical, analytical, or operational requirements.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and coordinating stakeholder needs and translating them into technical or operational requirements.
• Background supporting management in identifying, deploying, and maintaining applications, equipment, tools, or systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence; the ability to interact with senior government and corporate leadership on a routine basis.
• Working knowledge of Customer's formal messaging and coordination system.
