Starting pay is $19.50!

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Authorize jackpot, hopperfill and shortpay payouts; to supervise employees and control an assigned work area; to perform reviews and counseling of employees; to perform customer service transactions; to assist in casino functions as required. Help supervise and maintain an assigned work area.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Includes, but is not limited to the following.)

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must know and use Eldorado and Slot. Department policies, procedures and regulations. Must have public relations skills. Must be an effective communicator and listener. Must be a leader and possess supervisory skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Certificate/License : Reno Police Card. Successful completion of Reg. 6A requirements.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Frequent contact with crowds and casino noise level. Continual tobacco smoke encountered. Temperatures generally range from 65 to 82 degrees.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position). Must be mobile, be able to carry and lift. Must be able to talk. Must be able to count. Must have color recognition.
