Who we are looking for

State Street seeks to recruit a VP, Cyber Fusion Center Service Delivery Demand Manager motivated and able to take on the challenge of building and maturing repeatable, scalable frameworks for the delivery of Cyber Fusion business operations outcomes. The role will guide the monthly Cyber Fusion financial forecast and analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures via automated reporting/forecasting tools.

The position requires strong quantitative and analytical competency, robust financial modeling experience, and a sharp focus on building scalable operations.

What you will be responsible for

As VP, Cyber Fusion Service Delivery Demand Manager, you will work with the Services Delivery Operations Director, MD and the Global Cybersecurity Strategy & Planning team to report on Cyber Fusion financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.

The Cyber Fusion Service Delivery Demand Manager will:


  • Analyze Cyber Fusion financial data and create Cyber Fusion financial models for decision support

  • Evaluate organizational financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

  • Report on actual to plan performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

  • Partner with Cyber Fusion leaders, Global Cyber Security Metrics, IT and State Street stakeholders to continuously refresh and define new and relevant metrics and reporting needs

  • Provide ad-hoc reports to assist Cyber Fusion Partners

  • Use and maintain the monthly financial excel models as the primary forecasting system tool

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-7 years relevant business finance experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational/time management skills.

  • At ease in complex cross-functional environments and with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Additional requirements

  • Previous experience in banking industry a plus
