Work Schedule

80% FTE, 32 Hours per week, shifts scheduled Monday through Friday with 1 day off each week. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. 

Pay:

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative – Float to:


  • Meet patient needs through a variety of methods.

  • Schedule patients' medical appointments.

  • Create and maintain patient records.

  • Manage visit prior authorization and referral requirements.

Education:

Minimum – High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred – Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum – Six (6) months of previous experience in an office or customer service environment

Preferred – Previous experience working in healthcare. Previous experience scheduling patients. Previous experience with answering phones and greeting clients and customers in person.
