Job Description:

We are seeking an End User Device Associate to:


  • Troubleshoot connectivity and resolve hardware/software issues with timely resolution.

  • Coordinate hardware and prepare installations.

  • Support Microsoft operating systems, iOS, Android, hardware, and applications.

Education:

Minimum –  Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

Preferred: Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.

Work Experience:

Preferred – One (1) year relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.

Licenese and Certificiations:


  • Experience in healthcare organization.

  • Experience providing computer hardware, software and application support for end users 








Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:


  • Excellent organizational / communications skills and the ability to prioritize, schedule and complete high number of work requests

  • Ability to work independently with little oversight and direction

  • Analytical and critical thinking

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware, software and applications.

  • Ability to provide end user device support

  • Expertise to make judgments in demanding situations


  • Capable to react to frequent changes in duties and volume of work

  • On call support which can include 24/7 availability

  • Ability to drive between UW Health locations

Physical Requirements:

Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; on-call rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
