Job Description:

The Electrical Division Assistant will be responsible for the daily operations of the electrical department.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments with customers and maintain calendars and run reports.


• Update customer records within a database


• Schedule appointments with customers across various departments


• Daily tasks include following up on emails and phone calls


• Other tasks include Microsoft Office, Excel, and SalesForce.com.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in customer service or scheduling.


• Exemplary communication skills and phone etiquette.


• Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.


• Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel is required. SalesForce.com experience is preferred.
