A leading acute care hospital based in sunny Palm Beach county is currently searching for an experienced Cardiac Telemetry Night Shift RN Supervisor to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This regional leading acute care facility is home to more than 400 inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of services including comprehensive cardiovascular care, emergency and critical care, maternity and pediatrics, perioperative services, and cancer care. This system strives to provide accessible high-quality healthcare to the surrounding areas and has recently been recognized by US News and World Report for being a high-performing center in heart failure, hip replacements, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Cardiac Telemetry Night Shift RN Supervisor will provide supervision and leadership to the 23-bed unit. The Night Shift RN Supervisor will promote professionalism within the unit, perform ongoing staff evaluations, direct patient flow and assist with staff scheduling, and ensures regulatory readiness with all governing bodies. The Night Shift RN Supervisor will work in a unit that runs a 4:1 or 5:1 patient ratio depending on acuity. This is a full-time night shift position, scheduled 7pm-7:30am.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN


• Registered Nurse RN license in state of FL or ability to attain


• Progressive leadership experience in an acute care inpatient unit
