Tetra Tech's Disaster Response Division is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator This position however will be 100% remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-site, high-volume recruiting activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
• Utilizes candidate databases and recruitment tools to proactively identify prospective candidates and invite them to apply for open positions, including cold-calling.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leverage their networks to generate diverse candidate pools
• Maintains accurate and timely ATS updates, including disposition status and reason.
• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
• Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

Requirements:

• Work days in excess of 10 to 12 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required.
• Ability to travel to various locations based on project needs for onsite hiring and recruiting events. (Travel accommodations will be coordinated and provided for you.)
• 2 year minimum experience recruiting.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and customer focus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; set priorities and plan work to meet deadlines
• Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
• Computer application skills
