Job Summary

Then come join our Behavioral Health team in the Integration model at a Federal Qualified Health Care setting. Amoskeag Health offers Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opiate use and alcohol misuse disorder.Amoskeag Health uses Suboxone and Vivitrol medications to support recovery.
The Substance Abuse Disorder Program Supervisor position consists of 2 main core functions including; providing evaluation and treatment of clients who may have a substance misuse condition and/or psychiatric condition utilizing personal interviews and formal evaluation tools. They will work with the behavioral health staff and primary care providers of the client to coordinate care. They may provide urgent interventions, evaluations and ongoing individual counseling and/or support groups. The supervision component of this position will involve supervision of the MAT Community Health Worker and may include supervision of new LADC/MLADC personnel in the future. This position requires the individual be able to work well in a fast paced environment, have the ability to work well independently as well as communicating effectively with the medical professionals. Also must have some ability to be flexible with their schedule.
