Infosys is seeking a Storage Administrator. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency in providing L2/L3 support of Storage Administration that includes troubleshooting all kinds of ports, zones, connectrix manager, web tools, LUN visibility issues, hardware and performance related issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY or Burlington, VT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.


• At least 2 years experience in Storage Administration .


• Experience in NetApp storage .


• Hands on Exposure to Content management System /Online Stores/Payment.


• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.


• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are not able to sponsor at this time.

• • Experience in Tintri / HPE / IBM and EMC Storage technologies


• • ITIL and maintenance of projects.


• • Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.


• • Analytical skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
