Infosys is seeking a SCCM Administrator. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages endpoint management through SCCM.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY or Burlington, VT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience .
At least 2 years of experience in SCCM Administration and Microsoft Intune .
Maintaining SCCM upgrades and perform installation for SCCM servers .
Perform global imaging rollout for Windows 10 upgrade.
Perform Query based collection for every region globally and manage deployments for all regions.
Updating image in task sequence on regular basis for up to date operating system • deployments. • Analyze log files, provide patch management support.
Handle end user issues escalated from Service desk.
Performed Quality analysis for the Applications packaged using MSI Technology and delivering an Error frees Package to the Customer.
Creating Windows Installer setup packages (.MSI) and modifying as per the standards by using Install shield 2016.
Using PowerShell Cmdlets for Windows Administration on both Local and Remote workstations, accessing registry, services, processes, file system, certificate store, adding and publishing sequenced apps to client environment.
Troubleshoot application compatibility issues with Filemon, Regmon, Procmon, Event Viewer.
Creating documentation and reports for management and maintaining knowledge base for every release.
Analyzing operations, coordinating planning/design/testing enterprise-wide solutions that advance business value and facilitate high-availability, security, and control of endpoints.
Expert level knowledge of Windows Operating System, Windows Host Scripting, VB Scripting, Application Packaging, automated desktop management with Microsoft SCCM, security, and control .
