Infosys is seeking a Citrix Administrator. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages endpoint management through Citrix. Required Qualifications:
• Candidate can be located Anywhere in US. This position may require travel to client/ project locations.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• US citizens and Green Card holders authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply, we are unable to sponsor at this time.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Citrix Administration.
• Experience in Citrix Administration which includes Citrix XenApp XenDesktop 7.15, MCS, PVS, WEM, UPM, VDIs, Storefront and NetScaler.
• Experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of Citrix Sites and services.
• Experience in managing complex Citrix sites and migration of applications to new versions.
• Strong knowledge in design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex XenApp and Xen Desktop production.
• Excellent experience in finetuning Active Directory group policies to suit Citrix environment.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 2016, Windows 2019.
• Analytical skills to identify, isolate, troubleshoot, and suggest/ recommend solutions.
• Good experience in handling user level issues and escalated calls.
• Good understanding of network concepts, VLAN, Storage file system CIFS, NFS and file security management.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Good knowledge of Citrix license and RDS CAL license management.
• Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation of monitoring / operational tasks.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
• Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
