Crowley is looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated Supply Chain/Logistic Specialists for upcoming opportunities are invited to apply. We are looking for qualified professionals with the skills and expertise below and varied levels of experience.

We have an immediate need for subject matter experts in supply chain and technology to support a USAID project in Poland and Ukraine.

Positions: Project Manager, Supply Chain

Supply Chain/Logistics SME

Supply Chain/Logistics Specialist

What: You will work alongside USAID workers and representatives from Ukrainian Ministries to evaluate various logistics challenges, identify various solutions, and make recommendations for what should be done and how it could be accomplished. Current challenges include, but are not limited to: border crossing delays, lack of IT infrastructure, lack of forcible prioritization of exports.

Experience Required:

Position/Level Experience

Project Manager 5-10 yrs project management experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and IT

Sr SME - Supply Chain/Logistics 10-15 yrs supply chain, logistics, or related experience

Mid-Lvl SME Supply Chain/Logistics 5-10 yrs supply chain, logistics or related experience

USAID or State Department logistician experience is preferred

Prior US Military experience is a plus

When: beginning in late October 2022

How long: six months to one year

Where: Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and neighboring countries

Required Skills : Problem solving and analytic mind; Ability to strongly represent the Crowley brand to the customer

Desired Skills: Ability to speak and write in Ukrainian or Russian

Optional Desired/Preferred Experience: UN, WFP, International Red Cross or other similar organizations
