In this role, you will sit in the Restorative Therapies Sales Compensation group in Memphis, which is a part of the Human Resources Center of Excellence for Sales Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering sales data and computing monthly variable compensation for an assigned area.

This position can reside in Memphis, TN or Fridley, MN.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Demonstrate ownership of the monthly/quarterly incentive compensation calculations for RTG, including compiling and verifying transactional data and calculations and preparing monthly reports for management, Accounting, and Human Resources
  • Perform monthly commission analysis
  • Collaborate across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensure transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales compensation and/or finance or accounting experience; OR, advanced degree

Nice to Have

  • Advanced MS Office (particularly Excel and Access)
  • Callidus Software Experience
  • Sales Compensation Experience
  • Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance exposure
