Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, Kansas, is hiring a Customer Service Manager for our National Accounts Facilities division! The CSR Manager will provide leadership for employees and will be responsible for all of the activities within the department's realm of responsibilities. Prefer Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.


This position requires the ability to work a permanent evening shifts - options include:



  • Tuesday-Saturday 3:00pm-Midnight

  • Wednesday-Saturday 1:00pm-Midnight (4- 10 hour shifts)

  • Midnight shift required on Friday/Saturday, otherwise flexible to work 1:00pm-10:00pm if preferred on other days

Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide leadership to include quality performance monitoring, improving processes, and development of employees.

  • Responsible for daily activities within the department’s realm of responsibilities - including basic inbound call handling, and dispatching of our divisions and subcontractors.

  • Conduct employee performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans.

  • Works with other managers in scheduling staff to cover business needs on all shifts.

  • Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/trouble-shooting.

  • Build and maintain relationships with our internal and external customers.

  • Proactively communicate new ideas and wins.

  • Provides coaching, call support, and balanced feedback to associates in a timely manner.

  • Hire, train, develop, review, evaluate and measure employee performance against company goals and standards.

  • Other duties may be assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of Management experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites.

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work.

  • Represent the Company in a professional manner with great customer service and verbal communication skills.
