What You Will Do:


  • Under the direction of a Business Analyst, provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis and mapping, gap analysis and UAT

  • Actively participate in project  and enhancement activities including business requirements, UAT approach and plan, UAT test script development, defect management and UAT execution

  • Provide production support for existing Wintrust Life systems. Partner with Wintrust Technology to validate and remediate defects

  • Coordinate UAT activities with business users and report on UAT results

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology

  • 1-3 years business or technical analysis experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)


  • Working knowledge and experience with creating requirements in user story format using INVEST criteria

  • Working knowledge of Scrum development method and Agile concepts

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred

  • Experience working in Financial Services preferred

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Excel, Power Point and Visio

  • Strong communication skills – able to communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify and document solutions to business problems with accuracy

  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to establish and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
