What You Will Do:
Under the direction of a Business Analyst, provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis and mapping, gap analysis and UAT
Actively participate in project and enhancement activities including business requirements, UAT approach and plan, UAT test script development, defect management and UAT execution
Provide production support for existing Wintrust Life systems. Partner with Wintrust Technology to validate and remediate defects
Coordinate UAT activities with business users and report on UAT results
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology
1-3 years business or technical analysis experience
Knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Working knowledge and experience with creating requirements in user story format using INVEST criteria
Working knowledge of Scrum development method and Agile concepts
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Experience working in Financial Services preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Excel, Power Point and Visio
Strong communication skills – able to communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify and document solutions to business problems with accuracy
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to establish and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
