We are looking for per diem Team Nurses - RN/LPN and you may be a good fit! This position covers all Amoskeag Health sites with some weekend and evening coverage possible.

Job Summary
The team nurse (RN/LPN) acts as patient advocate by assuming responsibility for coordinating patients care. Duties include: nurse visits, triaging phone calls, walk-in patients. The Team Nurse position also coordinates the flow of patient communications regarding: lab work, specialty referrals, medication refills/dosages.
