The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for providing day to day HR support to internal customers within the organization focusing on employee relations, investigations, training, and coaching/counseling, support recruiting and engagement efforts, training, assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures aligned with company goals and objectives.

Maintain current and complete understanding of Federal and State laws including case law and regulations such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and state laws.
Implement and administer HR initiatives to enhance organizations strategic objectives.
Provide coaching and development to management and employees on HR issues and career development.
Provide assistance with talent management including recruitment, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
Conducts exit interviews, collects data, identifies trends and prepares reports as necessary.
Conducts new hire orientations on weekly or as-needed basis; maintain current new hire orientation materials and presentation.
Oversees maintenance of employee benefit and HR files and assists. Assists with regular audits of benefit, I-9, personnel, etc. files.
Collect data in order to prepare payroll files sent to Accounting & Finance for processing.
Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Understands and demonstrates the Company's core values.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree required
Manufacturing or warehouse/distribution experience required Minimum 3 years' experience Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Proficiency with HRIS and familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ADP preferred
