Position Title: eDiscovery Administrator (P2)

Role


The eDiscovery Administrator will perform day-to-day eDiscovery and Forensic activities to support the daily operations for preservation, collection, processing, and producing electronically stored information.  Additionally, the position supports all Cyber and Physical Security Operations related activities.


Responsibilities



  • Preservation and collection of data for Enterprise Security in response to all data requests

  • Prepare and present large scale document review in eDiscovery platforms including the ability to create complex searches filters and recommend best practices.

  • Review the output, organize data and provide the reports for easy consumption; Create and maintain templates for standard requests

  • Organize the collection and custody of all Crown Castle data to include hard drive, network folders, MS Online Environment, Azure Cloud Data repositories, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, CRM, contracted SaaS environments, and other administrative and business-related systems.

  • Perform forensic data recovery from Smart devices (phones/tablets/SIMs/Drones) using a Universal Forensic Extraction Device.

  • Carry out and ensure the transfer of data to eDiscovery recipients and update tracking spreadsheets and production logs.

  • Monitor the eDiscovery Help Desk queue to ensure requests are completed and Custodian responses are addressed.

  • Level one support for all forensic examinations of digital equipment and media; preserving original evidence and producing an image for analysis purposes; troubleshooting, repairing, assembling, and disassembling digital devices to access needed evidence; assisting in court preparation of evidence and media used during prosecution; the procedures used to obtain the evidence, and the findings of digital forensic examiners.

  • Participate in the incident response and investigation process

  • Conduct account reviews annually of all eDiscovery and Forensic Tools

Education/Certifications  



  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or IT Security related fields preferred

  • Certified Computer Examiner (CCE certification) preferred


Experience/Minimum Requirements  



  • Three (3+) years’ experience in IT Desktop Support, IT Security or related experience

  • Experience working the administrative side of an eDiscovery and Forensic tool, such as Venio, Relativity, EnCase, FTK.

  • Strong knowledge of ethical hacking, disk/memory forensics, dark web and social engineering tactics

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required

  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Exceptional customer service orientation


Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that requires up to 25% travel.
