Essential Job Functions • Operates machinery that blows mold containers of various sizes and colors. • Monitors the quality of bottles and ensures they meet quality control standards and specifications. • Suggests changes in working methods and use of equipment to increase the department's efficiency. • Notifies supervisor of any manufacturing problems, as well as analyzing and resolving work problems, or assisting workers in solving problems in a helpful and timely manner. • Maintains and enforces all safety rules and regulations and maintains good housekeeping in all related areas. • Maintaining blow molding machines, chillers, air compressors, grinders, blenders. • Must be able to hang molds and set up to run. • Fill in for operators on all shifts when needed. • Must be able to trouble shoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, problems

Qualifications • High school diploma or (GED) • Blow Mold Machine Maintenance preferred- training will be provided • 3 years of manufacturing maintenance required • Long periods of standing is a requirement of the position • Lifting, twisting, carrying up to 60 lbs. is a requirement of the position • Working in non-temperature and temperature-controlled environments. • Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location • Be able to wear full face respirator as necessary • Must be able to work in accordance with Heal and Safety and GMP regulations. • Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
