Position Description

Serve as point contact for our distributor partners, wholesalers, HCPs, and other customers using our products. Process orders, returns, rebates, credits/debits. Research and resolve any and all inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times. Drive automation, process improvements, and workflow efficiencies to streamline operations. Provides administrative and project support to the field sales force. Independently, and as part of a team, performs administrative duties so that the sales force can focus on growing Diabetes management therapy. Daily activities include interaction with all levels of the field sales team, external distributor customers, and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Accurately and efficiently process, document, and record in operating systems customer orders, returns, rebates, credits/debits, etc., meeting or exceeding key performance indicators measuring productivity as defined by management
  • Provides excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and via email. Provide order processing support for dealer partners, wholesalers, HCPs, and other customers, researching and resolving any and all inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Assist sales administration team to balance overall workload for the department
  • Participate and coordinate in various projects to improve external and internal sales processes and functions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of administrative and/or project support experience

Nice to Have


  • Experience in healthcare
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in medical device
  • Experience using SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and answer questions according to department protocols and requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through written documents, and in situations requiring negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish results through influence
  • Demonstrated ability to use personal computers
  • Builds Relationships - Relates to people in an open, friendly, accepting manner; shows sincere interest in others and their concerns; initiates and develops relationships with others as a key priority.
