We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Sales Support and Oversight aligned to our Greater Florida Financial Group, located in the Orlando area.  This is a hybrid position working both in office and remotely.

This is a critical role contributing to the success of our firm.  You will work in a collaborative environment focused on creating a strong culture that supports sales and provides appropriate oversight that will help the firm to drive revenue and overall firm growth.

This role will focus on:

Manage Control Policy and Procedures:

• Supporting Supervision - key partner in supporting inspection and review of parent and detached offices; identify areas of concern to the Managing Director and the Director, Sales Support and Oversight regarding potential investigation or discipline of producers by following company guidelines, resolve control issues delegated by the Director, Sales Support and Oversight.

Business Planning and Administration: 

• Supports and Director, Sales Support and Oversight to analyzes the risks, benefits, and impact of decisions on the present and future business environment prior to taking action

Marketing Program Administration:

• Provides direction and effectively leads by example to ensure that all services are meeting the stated business objectives on a timely basis with excellent quality results

Coordination of Activities with Home Office:

• Partners with other business centers and home office areas to identify areas to maximize resources and improve operational and control efficiencies and effectiveness

The expertise we are looking for you to bring:

We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, dependable to their core, who have the tenacity and initiative to show up and work hard.  And are also:

• Securities Licenses 7, 63 and/or 66 required; 24 required  or must be obtained within 120 days of hire (please note: series 24 preferred)




• Variable and Life Licenses




• 3-5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry




• Strong knowledge of insurance and/or investment products




• Leadership experience in financial services supporting a large operation.




• Ability to work with a diverse group of people including clients, financial professionals, home office and sales executives




• Budgeting/finance experience




• Company compliance policy and insurance broker/dealer laws and regulations




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills




• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills 




• Public speaking and presentation skills 




• Ability to execute, good organization skills, risk identification skills, management courage and decisiveness 




• Must be comfortable in front of large and small audiences 




• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)




• Must be able to multi-task and work independently




• Ability to travel 25%
