The Retail Service Specialist provides excellent customer service to everyone they encounter - Other Goodwill team members, customers, and donors. This position is active and has a variety of responsibilities, so the day goes quickly for our retail team. Our associates will assist customers at checkout with sales, price and stock merchandise, process donations to meet production goals for the sales floor or our warehouse and assist with keeping the store clean and organized.
Position Requirements:
The Retail Service Specialist position has a starting wage of $13.50 per hour, plus incentive pay based on the store's performance. The schedule for this position rotates between days, evenings, and weekends. Candidates must have availability for a flexible schedule.
