Job Description:

The Business Help Desk/Customer Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support for internal and external customers via multiple points of interaction including inbound/outbound calls, support tickets and email. The position will also include assigned operational support tasks as needed.

 

• Provides customer support with assistance of leads and manager via calls, tickets and email

• Follows through with customers to ensure full resolution of their requests/concerns

• Maintains all records in systems to enable accurate reporting and quality support

• Answers incoming calls from store staff

• Escalates issues to business partners and vendors to ensure quick resolution of customer issues

• Provides support for the Ecommerce call center related to web sale refunds

• Assists with projects as needed to respond to business needs Job Requirements:
