Upward Bound Tutor (PT)




Sugar Grove, IL

Part-time Support Staff


Tutor high school students in one-on-one and group settings.


Assist staff with college readiness workshops.


Complete and submit all required forms.


Adhere to all tutoring policies.


Perform other duties as assigned.


Tutors are assigned a set schedule of one or multiple days depending on availability.


Additional shifts assisting with monthly field trips are available.



Minimum Qualifications



Associate or Bachelor's degree required.


Proficient in tutoring subject area.

Experience teaching / tutoring at the high school or post-secondary level

Work Schedule: Fall and Spring Semester Monday - Friday, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Tutors may work one or more days per week.
Work Hours: 25 hours per week (max)
