Position Overview:
The Procedure Writer will be responsible for end-to-end process management, including creating, updating, and maintaining all procedures for the Human Capital Management (HCM) Department. This person will work closely with our HCM Internal Trainer to ensure processes are up to date and all department employees are trained accordingly.

Responsibilities:
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are followed by all team membersPartner with the HCM Internal Trainer to create and update training materialsReview current processes and identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvementAudit current software for any inconsistencies and ensure we are staying up to date with enhancementsReview and prioritize internal change requests Serve as the lean coordinator for the HCM department Identify all procedures that are not currently documents and develop project plans for eachWork with external vendors to ensure they are communicating their system enhancements to the HCM department with thorough and timely informationReview and test system enhancements and provide necessary documentation to team membersAdditional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet tight deadlinesMeticulous attention to detail, as well as reliability to carry out daily functions in an efficient manner Ability to successfully manage multiple and competing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal & written communication skillsKnowledge of payroll processes a plus1-3 years of experience writing procedures preferred Technical aptitudeBA/BS Degree in business administration, communication, or other related fields preferred
