Responsibilities:

• Provides support activities including portfolio management, focus team/issue paper support; program review support; responses to Congressional, Inspectors General, and other stakeholders' reports and audits.


• Conducts Legislative, Executive, and other Federal document review support.


• Composes quality official correspondence, reports, letters, notices, instructions, and memoranda and documents for signature.


• Monitors due dates, coordinate, assist in completing official correspondence and documents for signature, including letters, notices, instructions, and memoranda.


• Supports training, personnel security, facilities support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required for consideration.


• 5-10 years’ experience working on Defense programs / projects.


• Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience coordinating packages in the DoD, Executive levels at the Pentagon and/or other Federal Government Agencies, or Joint Staff.


• Direct experience with special access programs.


• Action Officer experience at the Grade of GS-14 or equivalent experience.
