This active Surgical Services Department has 9 ORs and performs over 7,500 cases annually. The surgical services team uses robotics to perform diverse cases including orthopedics, thoracic, vascular, cardiac, open heart cases, general surgery, and more.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Interim Acute Care Surgery RN Director will oversee the entire Perioperative Service Line including the Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, Recovery, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing units. The Temporary Nurse Director Perioperative Services is responsible for managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance across all units, and coordinating budgetary needs. An integral part of the leadership team, the Interim Acute Care Surgery RN Director is expected to shape the long-term strategy of the service line and promote service line growth.
