TK Elevator is currently seeking a Senior Director - Business Transformation Leader- Pricing & Sales in Atlanta, GA.
The Business Transformation Leader's role is to partner with VCP Executive Sponsors & NA Pricing Leaser and other functional leaders from finance, product/engineering, and sales and marketing in implementing a market-based pricing strategy for all TKE products and services.
Essential Functions
Partner with VCP/Project Exec Sponsors, PMO's, and Leaders to develop, execute, and implement the program initiatives.
Support the robust development of governance, scope, project timelines, and milestones for each major business initiative
Ensure the implementation and alignment of:
Appropriate governance structure & firm definition of scope
Critical program milestones and detailed implementation timeline
Comprehensive risks and mitigating actions
Strong communication and training plans
Incorporate key tenants of change management into the implementation
Support NA CPMO to develop and monitor initiative health and drive progress on risk mitigation plans & raise issues/ concerns at a NA macro level for mitigation
Hold the team accountable for the success of TKE NA VCP initiatives & meeting NA financial commitments
Ensure that scope is locked early and the team and steering committee members are in full alignment with what is in scope vs. out of scope
Maintain strong governance rigor to prevent scope creep & align early and often with functional/ executive leaders
Manage and coordinate interdependencies between project teams
Manage relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure effective leadership engagement and commitment to broad project objectives.
Ensure expected benefits realization is consistent with project deliverables and clearly understood by stakeholders and project teams
Validate financial estimates and partner with FP&A to track actuals vs. commitments
Partner with Enterprise Planning Leader and Functional Leaders to Manage Project Resources
Understand resource and capability requirements for the project & partner with Enterprise Planning Leader to ensure those capabilities are included in the resource capacity tool
Partner with functional leaders & Enterprise Planning Leader to assess resource requirements or trade-offs needed to ensure that overall NA deliverables are met on time and identify capabilities needed to achieve project results
Leverage discussions to identify and communicate timeline changes or needs to project team and leadership
Continually build & reinforce a positive, performance-focused culture; proactively drive behavior change to deliver growth objectives
Evaluate current project's skillset versus required structure, identify gaps, help recruit talent, and develop, engage and retain strong players
Drive and model organizational processes and behaviors to institutionalize change efforts and create sustainable outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve and shift the culture where needed, without unnecessarily destabilizing the project
Uphold the leadership role by holding individuals and organization accountable for meeting KPI targets
Who we are looking for
15 years of professional experience with ~10 years experience developing and managing pricing strategy for products and related services in an environment of relevant scope i.e. discreet manufacturing or field services setting with >$1B in revenue and a distributed operational footprint
10-15 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager leading multiple projects or large, business-wide transformational programs
Experience in managing projects with global and/or cross-functional responsibility
Documented experience in negotiating and resolving complex issues and risks
Experience in estimating work efforts and/or resource capacity planning in a professional services environment
Specific experience designing and leading the execution of internally-focused and externally-focused change/communications strategy
Documented experience in negotiating and resolving complex issues and risks
International business acumen
Ability to influence people and thought processes without direct authority
Experience with working with collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership, management, and decision making skills
Additional experience in sales, marketing, or finance a plus.
4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent required, business, engineering, or science disciplines preferred
